I'm looking forward to talking to the Arts Society of Dumfries and Galloway about the History and Conservation of Hand Embroidered objects based on my practical experience and training. I'm speaking alongside Dr Marie Martin McKinnon whose subject is the Slow Fashion Movement, and who will be bringing along a parade of vintage outfits. It should be a lot of fun.
