Silk Shading back to basics - Viola from the RSN Archives

Event Details

A two day course to refresh or learn about silk shading, sometimes called painting with a needle.  Students have really enjoyed this viola design and they have all succeeded in finishing.  We will work some samples before embarking on the Viola itself - a design from the Royal School of Needlework Archives. Once complete the design does well as a lavender bag or just on its own.
